Outline This project is to provide a diving support vessel and equipment to support the activities of ASEAN observer teams in the Cambodia-Thailand border areas to the Malaysian Armed Forces. It is expected to contribute to maintaining and enhancing peace and stability in Malaysia and the region, thereby serving the realization of a “Free and Open Indo-Pacific.”
Sri Lanka
Programme Provision of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAVs)

Outline This project is to provide unmanned aerial vehicle (UAVs) for monitoring, surveillance and disaster relief to the Sri Lanka Navy. It is expected to contribute to enhancing security capacities of Sri Lanka, maintaining and strengthening the regional stability and enhancing security cooperation between Japan and Sri Lanka.
Papua New Guinea
Programme Provision of heavy machinery for disaster relief and road construction

Outline This project aims to strengthen capacities for disaster relief and infrastructure development of Papua New Guinea through the provision of heavy machinery for disaster relief and road construction to the Papua New Guinea Defence Force (PNGDF). It is expected to contribute to maintaining and enhancing peace and stability in Papua New Guinea and the region, thereby serving the realization of a “Free and Open Indo-Pacific.”
