On August 29 (Thursday), the Plenary 3: Public-Private Business Dialogue was held from 8:45 to 12:00. This session was the first face -to-face dialogue in the history of TICAD between public and private sectors from both Africa and Japan, placing private companies as official partners.
The following shows the outline of the Public-Private Business Dialogue:
