1. What is the G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting?
The G7 Foreign Ministers' Meeting is one of the ministerial meetings held in conjunction with the G7 Summit, and its significance is that it forms the basis for discussions at the Summit. The Foreign Ministers of the G7 countries , along with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security attend the meeting to exchange frank views on latest international affairs.
With a total of eleven meetings held in 2022, the G7 members exchanged in-depth views on the situation in Ukraine, China, the Indo-Pacific, and other issues.
