On April 16, Mr. HAYASHI Yoshimasa, Minister for Foreign Affairs, offered and introduced to G7 and EU Ministers at the working dinner on Day 1 of the G7 Foreign Ministers’Meeting a variety of dishes that made full use of ingredients from across Nagano Prefecture, along with Japanese sake and Japanese wine produced locally. This was an extremely meaningful opportunity to promote the appeal of Japan’s food culture to the world.
