MOFA's Initiatives on Foreign national coexistence policies

Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) cooperates closely with the countries of origin of foreign nationals in relation to social integration (Foreign national coexistence) measures for foreign residents in Japan, which local governments are responsible for.

International Forum

MOFA and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) have been holding “International Forums on Acceptance of Foreign Nationals and their integration into Japan”.
