(ii) Training & Seminars

Benin/Uganda/(Tanzania: planned for Jan 2010)
Status
On going as planned, the regional workshops on rice and aquaculture were held once in West Africa (Benin) and East Africa (Uganda and Tanzania) respectively for the purpose of the capacity development of government offcials in Sub-saharan African LDC countries. To follow-up the technical areas, 14 national workshops were held (6 in West Africa and 8 in East Africa).
