- (i) HFW added classes to an existing secondary school, and 250 adults who had missed out on an opportunity to attend school, attended infornal literacy course managed by HFW. (ii) HFW launched the construction of a child and maternal health care center (in Dec. 2009) with the fund of MOFA, Japan. (See project details)
