- Status
- IFC financing for expansion of privately-provided education was $ US 12.2 million - Kenya ($US 1.07 million), Rwanda ($US 2.39 million) and South Africa ($US 8.74 million). IFC is developing ideas on expansion of privately provided education and is seeking support from partners. In addition, technical assistance was also provided through the Kenya Private School for the Poor Program (contribution from Japan: $400,000 through PEP-Africa).
