Potential Resources, Possible Contributions: UNICEF/UNCTs/Plan International and others: Design, Construct school facilities and provide staff training for at least 100 primary and/or junior secondary schools to transform quality of life for border communities in countries linked by conflict (Initiative on “Learning Along Borders for Living Across Boundaries”)　by UNICEF program on “Education in Emergencies & Post-Crisis Transition Countries”
