(i)Best practices were exchanged under the concept of sufficient economy and new agricultural theory by creating Model village in Lesotho. (ii)The model field has developed successfully. Its high agricultural productivity shows that the sustainable agriculture concept is applicable to Africa. Also, the field has become an interactive study model for Lesotho farmers.

- (*) Exchange best practices under the concept of sufficient economy and new agricultural theory by creating Model village in Lesotho. The project started in 2006. The Thai government set up the model field (around 6 hectar of land) based on the sustainable agriculture concept in Lesotho. The aim is to apply the sustainable agriculture concept in the African environment and develop the field to be the model and training centre for Lesotho farmers nationwide.
