International Forum on Acceptance of Foreign Nationals and their Integration into Japan

On February 22, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) will host the FY2022 “International Forum on Acceptance of Foreign Nationals and their Integration into Japan”.
- At this 18th forum, under the overall theme of "Supporting Foreign Residents in their Daily Lives : Focusing on orientation and consultation services", toward solving various problems that foreign residents are facing their daily lives, good practices and agendas in the efforts to deepen understanding about the integration of foreign nationals among Japanese society will be introduced.
- At the beginning of the forum, following the opening remarks Mr. YAMADA Kenji, State Minister for Foreign Affairs, the keynote speech by Mr. Antonio VITORINO, Director General of IOM delivered. And then, experts from Japan and overseas will be invited to give lectures, case studies, and hold panel discussions.
