Terrorist attack in Afghanistan

  1. 　Regarding the terrorist attack with a massive explosion which occurred in the center of Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, on November 20 (same day in Japan time), Japan expresses its sincere condolences to the families of the victims and extends its heartfelt sympathy to those who were injured.
  2. 　Terrorism cannot be justified for any reason and Japan firmly condemns such act of terrorism.
  3. 　Japan expresses its strong solidarity with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and its people, and hopes that Afghanistan will continue to make its utmost efforts for the stability of the country.
