MEDIA GUIDELINES

Due to the space restriction and security reasons, only the Host Broadcaster, Host Photographer or media pool among participating countries for the G8 Kyoto Foreign Ministers' Meeting may cover the events.

Media representatives must carry Press ID and appropriate Pool Pass for each event to be covered, and are advised to gather at the International Media Center (IMC) Pool Gathering Point strictly by the designated time. A Presidency Media Liaison Officer will guide you to the media opportunity point by exclusive bus. All media crews and equipments will be checked by security personnel. Media crews will not be allowed to access the venues directly by themselves (exceptions apply: airport coverage).
