Amendment of Annex 2(Product Specific Rules) and Operational Procedures referred to in Chapter 2 (Trade in Goods) and Chapter 3 (Rules of Origin)

The Government of Japan and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand exchanged diplomatic notes for the amendment of Annex 2 (Product Specific Rules) (PDF) 
on July 5 in Bangkok, following the adoption of the revised Operational Procedures referred to in Chapter 2 (Trade in Goods) and Chapter 3 (Rules of Origin) (PDF) at the Joint Committee under the Agreement between Japan and the Kingdom of Thailand for an Economic Partnership in May. Revised Annex 2 and the Operational Procedures will come into force on January 1, 2022.
