II. Project / program description

  1. Objectives
    To expose African Governments and private sector to "best practices" in dealing with access to land/real estate property in promoting FDI.
  2. Activities
    Two (2) workshops for public officials, IPA executives, legal/land economy experts etc. on "Land Issues and FDI promotion" policies/programs.
  3. Expected outcomes / impacts
    A more attractive environment of property rights and land markets for all investors, foreign and local.
