    • Final Meeting of Phase II Impact studies on Electronic Communications for Development in Africa

    • The meeting was held in Harare from 19 to 21 March 1998
    • The report should be finalized and disseminate to all participants inside and outside the region.
  4. Features in line with the Agenda for Action
    This project is in line with South South Cooperation and capacity building within the TICAD II framework.
