  1. Objectives
    To expand the consumption of indigenous African crops in order to provide a larger and more stable market for rural farmers and increase food self-sufficienc
  2. Activities / contents
    • Equipment to be procured, installed and tested
    • Test runs.
  3. Expected outcomes / impacts
    • The equipment and materials were purchased and they are functioning on the site.
    • The analysis and testing of the Zanthan Gum produced.
  4. Features in line with the Agenda for Action
    This project aims at improving the baking industry in Africa, thus to increase the food self-sufficiency which is considered high priority in The Agenda for Action and South South Cooperation.
