II. Project / program description

  1. Objectives
    To develop a perspective of national development through the model of Korea and promote a better understanding of managerial techniques through self-assessment and self developing
  2. Activities / contents
    Activities and contents of the course are as follows
    • Provision of lecture on Korean public administration system, Korea's economic development process, administrative capability for economic development in Korea and national development planning in Korea, etc.
    • Exchange of views on public administration
    • Study tour
  3. Expected outcomes / impacts
    Be better able to determine what they can and should do to improve themselves and thereby become more effective public officials
  4. Features in line with the Agenda for Action
    Promotion of human resources development of Sub-Saharan region especially in the field of executive development program
