II. Project / program description

  1. Objectives
    To assist the South African Government in upgrading its national testing center
  2. Activities / contents
    • Transfer of Korean National Technical Qualification Test System and Vocational Training Policy to South Africa.
    • Invitation of South African officials for advanced training in the Korean national technical qualification testing system
    • Provision of equipments
    • Dispatch of experts
  3. Expected outcomes / impacts
    Improvement in the vocational training and trade testing through strengthening the capacity of COTT (Central Organization for Trade Testing)
  4. Features in line with the Agenda for Action
    The COTT is expected to become a core center to provide the national qualification test for those who try to obtain the national technical qualification.
