II. Project / program description

  1. Objectives
    To train nurses leaders both in service and education on simple research methodology to strengthen and develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes in educational technology, management and leadership capabilities especially in the field of primary health care paying attention to evolving diseases.
  2. Activities / contents Provide
    Assess community problems and needs, formulate educational objectives for a specific training program, plan evaluation tools, construct training program, practice test and measurement techniques, implement the designed training program via micro teaching.
  3. Expected outcomes / impacts
    Improvement in the health condition of the African people through receiving better nursing services.
  4. Features in line with the Agenda for Action
    To promote human capacity building for Africa in the area of public health and support south-south cooperation efforts in Africa.
