Objectives
Support the Government efforts of improving the nutritional and sanitary situation of the malnourished children.
Activities / contents
- Provide a food supplementary ration to malnourished children; as well as, to pregnant women.
- Follow-up to the pregnant women.
- Promote the pregnant women participation to the nutritional and sanitary aspects trainings.
- Promote the attendance of women to the nutritional aspects training; as well as, to the trainings on the balanced menus preparation.
Expected outcomes / impacts
- Assist with 64,100,000 food rations to 410,000 severely malnourished children within 4,040 health centres..
- Assist with 32,670,000 food rations to 363,000 pregnant women within 4,040 health centres.
- Follow-up to 410,000 malnourished children regarding their nutritional status.
