II. Project Description

Objectives : To provide participants with the necessary tools for improved management of programs in health reproduction and family planning.

Activities :Management training in programs of health reproduction and family planning.
Number of participants : 15.		Period (per week) : 2.

Expected Results : (a) Management of a family planning health center in accordance with rentability and efficiency standards and criteria; (b) Evaluation of the performance of human resources practicing there.

Reference : The TTCA (the Tunisian Technical Cooperation Agency) has, during its 25 years of existence, organized about ten training sessions in response to needs of partner countries in Africa and in the Middle East. The agency relied on a competence roster comprising the names of universities and experts, which are qualified in a wide range of fields, in order to realize such diverse actions.

Link with the Agenda : This exercise constitutes a concrete action in support of one of the targeted Agenda items.
