II. Project Description

Objectives :Within the framework of modernization of public management, allow representatives of this sector to have practical experience in the management of human resources.

Activities : Training in the management of human resources.
Number of participants: 10.		Period (per week) : 3.

Expected Results : Put a reliable system of personal management in place.

Reference :The TTCA (the Tunisian Technical Cooperation Agency) has organized, in collaboration with the UN office in Geneva, a three weeks training session in this field for the benefit of three Chadian executives (February to March 1997) at E.N.A.(l'Ecole Nationale d'Administration/National School of Administration).

Link with the Agenda: This exercise constitutes a concrete action in support of one of the targeted Agenda items.
