Potential Resources, Possible Contributions: UNICEF: Support national governments and inter-agency early warning and preparedness activities to formulate and operate emergency preparedness and response plans which will address children’s rights in emergencies, including implementation of UNICEF’s “Core Commitments for Children in Emergencies” (a humanitarian imperative in health and nutrition, water and sanitation, protection, education and HIV/AIDS)
