[1]Provide assistance to expand agricultural research, extension and advisory services including for adaptation to climate change, development of new crop varieties and improvement of soil fertility and other farming technologies, and increase the number of agriculture professionals through support for agriculture-related education and training in a gender sensitive manner.

● Demonstrate, systematize and disseminate low-cost high-yield and sustainable ways of rice farming,utilizing areas that have high rice productivity potential, named “inland valleys”
