Construction of Teachers Training Institutes to train former Sudanese refugees to become school teachers, funded by GoJ’s Grant Aid for Community Empowerment, is now being implemented by UNHCR in collaboration with Government of South Sudan, FAO, JEN (Japanese NGO), JICA, Norweigian Refugee Council, UNICEF and WFP.
