(i) To increase the number of people who have proper knowledge on specific sexual behaviour and reproductive health issues, 5,907 behavioural change communication activities were implemented from April to September 2009
(ii) To increase the availability of SRH, RCH, and PMTCT services to women and children in all project communities, 17,873 family planning service/CT & PMTCT were provided from April to September 2009.
(iii) To strengthen management systems and capabilities of sub-districts, local steering committees and community volunteers through advocacy, monitoring visits, advocacy presentation, and meetings involving stakeholders were organised.
(iv) The above activities covered, in total, projected population of 35,901 in 15 communities in Ashanti region of Ghana.
