- A total of 2,397* hospitals and health centers were improved as follows; (i) 2,391* hospitals / health centers were either constructed, rehabilitated and/or provided equipments through the grant aid and technical cooperation and (ii) 6 hospitals and health centers were improved through Grant Assistance for Grass-roots Human Security Projects (Egypt, Niger, Ethiopia, Tanzania).
