Dispatch the most suitable Japanese researchers to developing countries incl. Africa

Yokohama Action Plan: [2]Strengthen partnership among universities, colleges and research institutes through joint researches and the exchange of researchers and students to expand research and knowledge accumulation in science and technology.

Proposed Measures by Japan/Implementing Partners: ● Dispatch the Japanese researchers to universities/research institutions in African countries and implement joint research with young local researchers in order to resolve the global issues facing African countries　
● Based on the needs of developing countries, promotion of international joint research targeting global issues such as environment and energy, natural disaster prevention and infectious diseases control and envisaging future utilization of research outcomes

Potential Resources, Possible Contributions: MOFA/MEXT/JICA/JSPS: Dispatch the most suitable Japanese researchers to developing countries including African countries to engage in joint research according to needs of the counterpart countries.
