- ’Supporting the Development of an Investment Programme for an enlarged Access to Energy Services for Productive Uses in Senegal’ Project

(i) A draft Project document was prepared and reviewed by all actors during a two-day workshop held in November 2009, and the roadmap and the updated budget were submitted to the government for review and approval. (ii) As of 30 November 2009, the Project document was submitted to the AfDB’s local office. (iii) With assistance of the Regional Project on Energy Access, a consultant will be recruited for preliminary discussions and fund raising purposes with the AfDB and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) HQs. (iv) The Ministry of Finance will submit the Project document to the AfDB, IDB and the West African Development Bank for funding purposes.
