1. To support promotion of tourism to Africa and the participation of African nations at the JATA World Travel Fair 2009 that was held from September 18th to 20th 2009. 
2. An African tourism seminar was organized on September 18th, 2009 and an expansion of Tourism to Africa was discussed at the panel discussion.
3. In February 2010, we are planning to dispatch a survey team to southern Africa to examine the local tourism infrastructure which is considered an obstacle to the growth of Japanese Tourism to Africa.
