On Wednesday, December 6th 2023, Ms. KOBAYASHI Maki, Assistant Minister for Press and Public Diplomacy, and Ms. Elizabeth Allen, the U.S. Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, signed Memorandum of Cooperation on countering foreign information manipulation, and discussed future cooperation on this issue.
