Result of the examination on “Yama, Hoko, Yatai, float festivals in Japan”
(at the 11th Session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage)

The 11th Session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage being held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, adopted a decision that decided to inscribe “Yama, Hoko, Yatai, float festivals in Japan” on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
