1. The Second Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Intersessional Ministerial Meeting will be held from 3 to 4 November in Cebu, Philippines.

2. From the Japanese side, Mr. Yoshifumi Matsumura, State Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, and officials from relevant ministries will attend the meeting.

3. In this meeting, the outcomes of the meetings of the Trade Negotiating Committee, in which senior officials participated, and of the working groups on Trade in Goods, Trade in Services, Investment and others will be reported, and the way forward for future negotiations, amongst others, will be discussed.
