  1. 1. On July 14 (July 13 in local time), Mr. Boris Johnson, MP, was appointed as Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the United Kingdom. In this regard, on July 14, Mr. Fumio Kishida, Minister for Foreign Affairs, sent a congratulatory letter to Secretary Johnson.
