Message of Sympathies from Prime Minister Abe and Foreign Minister Kishida for the Damage Caused by the Cyclone Pam in Tuvalu

In the wake of the damage in Tuvalu caused by the Cyclone Pam generated on 9 March, Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister, and Mr. Fumio Kishida, Minister for Foreign Affairs, on March 17, sent messages respectively to the Honourable Enele Sosene Sopoaga, Prime Minister and the Honourable Taukelina Finikaso, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade, Tourism, Environment and Labour, expressing their sympathies to the affected people and wishes for rapid rehabilitation and reconstruction of the affected areas.
