Messages of Condolence from Foreign Minister Motegi on the Damages Caused by the Hurricane Eta in Central America and Caribbean Region

On November 10, Mr. MOTEGI Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs, sent messages to the Foreign Ministers listed below on the damages caused by the Hurricane Eta in Mexico, Central American and Caribbean countries (Belize, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama) from November 3 to 6. The messages express heartfelt condolences to the Governments and people of all of those countries, sincerely praying for the early recovery of affected people as well as the prompt restoration of the damaged areas.
