Section 6. Formulation and Implementation of Aid Policy
The Official Development Assistance Charter specifies three set of reform measures so that official development assistance may be provided more efficiently and effectively: the system for formulating and implementing aid policy, increasing public participation, and matters essential for effective implementation. The following describes reform efforts implemented in FY2006 in accordance with the ODA Charter structure.
