Japanese Language Program for the Members and their Families of the Diplomatic Missions in Tokyo was launched on March 22nd.
On April 16th, Dr. Toshiko Abe, the State Minister for Foreign Affairs, visited the second class of the Program held at the Minato International Association, and conveyed words of encouragement to the 25 participating diplomats and their families.
Also, the State Minister received an interview by a reporter of a regional cable TV news, and explained the objectives of the Program.
