Diplomats’ Study Tour to Chiba City

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan organized a Study Tour jointly with Chiba Convention Bureau and International Center for the diplomatic corps stationed in Japan on July 10. 35 diplomats from 34 countries and 1 delegation participated in the tour. The diplomats visited Makuhari Messe, which is one of the biggest MICE facilities in Japan and will be the venue for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games. They also visited industrial, educational and research institutions in Makuhari and neighboring area in Chiba City.
