On May 27, Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan, held a working lunch with the Heads of G7 and outreach countries and organizations, where Japanese food using products of Mie, Japanese sake made in Mie as well as ingredients made in areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake and Japanese wine were served. It was a good opportunity to promote Japanese food culture.
