Meals for Working Dinner (Day 1)

On May 19, Mr. KISHIDA Fumio, Prime Minister of Japan, offered and introduced to G7 leaders at the working dinner on Day 1 of the G7 Hiroshima Summit a variety of Japanese dishes that made full use of ingredients from across Hiroshima Prefecture and the Seto Island Sea, along with Japanese sake and Japanese wine produced locally and in other areas. This was an extremely meaningful opportunity to promote the appeal of Japan’s food culture to the world.
