(JFY 2024 Mid-Career Course)

- Program for Global Human Resource Development for Peacebuilding and Development is established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) in order to strengthen the civilian capacity of Japan and other countries in the field of peacebuilding and development. Since 2024 fiscal year MOFA has commissioned Hiroshima University to implement the program. Japan places emphasis on contributing to the peace and stability of the international community under the policy of “Proactive Contribution to Peace” based on the principle of international cooperation.
- The application guidelines and materials can be found on the Hiroshima University website
. The Mid-Career Course is aimed at career development for around 20 participants from all nationalities who have at least 7 years of work experience in fields related to peacebuilding and development. The Course especially welcomes applicants from international organizations.
- The Course will be conducted in Hiroshima (conducted in English) from January 6 to 12, 2025.
- The closing date of the application is October 25, 2024 (9:00 AM, Japan Time).
