Concept

The world energy situation is changing rapidly, such as through structural change in global demand and supply market, oil price stagnation, and so on. This symposium, focusing on Asia, will discuss how energy security, which is essential to economic growth, will be secured and further strengthened in Asia.
In addition, Speech on Japan’s Energy and Resource Diplomacy will be delivered and the International Energy Agency (IEA) will issue “World Energy Investment 2017” and the chief economist of the IEA, the author of the publication, will make a keynote speech on its latest analysis on the world energy investment.
