The Seventh Japan-Iran Consultation on Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Issues

- The Seventh Japan-Iran Consultation on Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Issues will be held on July 10 (Tue) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Mr. Takeshi Nakane, Director-General of the Disarmament, Non-Proliferation and Science Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, and Mr. Hamid Baeidinejad, Director-General of Political and International Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, will attend the Consultation amongst other officials.
- There will be discussions on such subjects as nuclear and missile issues of Iran, the Review Process of the Treaty on the Non-proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), and the Biological and Chemical Weapons Conventions.
