On November 21, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs SHIMADA Tomoaki visited the Embassy of the Federated States of Micronesia in Tokyo and signed a Condolence Book to offer his heartfelt condolences on the passing of the late Hon. Lorin S. Robert, Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Federated States of Micronesia, who passed away on November 15.
