Congratulatory Message from Prime Minister Kishida on the results of the general election in India

On June 5, following the outcome of the general election in India, Mr. KISHIDA Fumio, Prime Minister of Japan, sent a congratulatory message to H.E. Mr. Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India.
In the message, Prime Minister Kishida expressed his wish that Prime Minister Modi would exercise leadership for India’s further development and stated that he would like to closely work with Prime Minister Modi toward realizing a “Free and Open Indo-Pacific”.
