On August 20, commencing at 11:30 a.m. local time (3:00 p.m. JST) for approximately 10 minutes, Ms. KAMIKAWA Yoko, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, who was visiting Delhi, India to attend the Third Japan-India Foreign and Defense Ministerial Meeting, offered flowers at Raj Ghat, the site where Mahatma Gandhi, the father of Indian independence, was cremated.
