Announcement of Official Logo for the 40th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Japan and Bhutan in 2026
The official logo for the 40th anniversary of establishment of the diplomatic relations between Japan and Bhutan has been decided.
The Logo Design
The designer of the logo is Mr.MIYAMOTO Makio (Residing in Japan). He says that he intended to celebrate the 40th anniversary of establishment of the diplomatic relations between Japan and Bhutan, and to vividly express the long-standing friendship and the ties toward the future by combining Japan's sakura (cherry blossoms) and Mount Fuji as well as Bhutan's blue poppy and dragon in a harmony with the number “40” in the centre part of the logo, and also blending the symbolic colors of the two countries.
It will be used for the events commemorating the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between Japan and Bhutan throughout the year 2026.
