Design intent of the creator
The creator: mumooki.co (Singaporean residing in Japan)
- Abstracting from the theme Co-imagine, Co-create and Co-evolve, the circular base of the logo and “60” in a dynamic font are used to illustrate the generative impact of collaboration between Singapore and Japan.
- The two countries are symbolically represented through the Lion Head Symbol of Singapore and the Sakura flower, Japan’s cultural icon. Paired at the heart of the number “60”, it further expresses a new decade of meaningful and fruitful partnership for a sustainable future.
- This partnership and shared goals are captured in the colours Red and White which are used in both countries' national flags.
